I am so proud of the posters about the four seasons that the kids brought in this week for Show and Tell! I enjoy activities like this that help me get to know your child and family better. I am so thankful to serve a God that loves us and guides us through each of our own seasons of life!

Next Week

Unit Study - Weather and Martin Luther King, Jr.
Show and Tell - Bring 100 items in a bag (food, money, etc.). Get creative!
Verse - "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against God." - Psalm 119:11
Bible - Christ’s life and ministry
Reading - Review and expand upon syllables, learn new sight words, and continue guided readers
Math - Parts of a calendar, whole and equal parts, the number word “four”, as well as reviewing addition fact families and writing “after” numbers

Important Dates

January 20 - No School, observing Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
January 23 - MLK Chapel at 8:30 am
January 24 - 100th Day Celebration (due to MLK Chapel on Jan. 23rd). More info to come!
January 30 - P.E. Program at the Springdale campus in the SEC gym at 9:15am
