Welcome
June 2012 E Newsletter
Welcome to June’s edition of Focus. With most of the budget decision preannounced there were predictably very few surprises. With the ‘steady as she goes’ budget combined with the financial issues in Europe continuing to be unresolved it’s seems everyone is happy to take the wait and see approach to business and investment. With this in mind perhaps you would be better setting some personal goals, like getting fit for Summer (hopefully we will see one this year!). Our client profile for the month, Ludus Magnus, would be the right people to see if fitness is your goal, please read their profile for more information.
We are particularly busy at the moment with year end compliance work, if there is any urgency with your accounts can you please let us know, otherwise we appreciate your patience.

Migrants Work Visa Overview

This is not helped by the Immigration Department which is often remote, unavailable and prone to giving inconsistent advice that cannot be relied on.
Many employers throw employing migrants into the ‘too hard basket’ which is a real shame given some of your most motivated and qualified candidates are going to be those from other countries.
