LETTER FROM THE CEO

Welcome to our Christmas edition of Docklines. 

I'm sure it's been a busy year for you all, as it has at all of our D'ALBORA Marinas. We've seen many changes this year, the most recent of which I informed just a few days ago, being the sale of our marina operations to Balmain Marinas / Goldman Sachs.

We've had some great successes with The Spit redevelopment and our new website, plus some major civil works at all of our marinas. 

The work continues and I'm pleased to announce a redevelopment at Akuna Bay which will extend the marina's capacity to berth boats up to 135 feet. The redevelopment is intended to commence in March 2017 and we will have more details out to members shortly.  

There is plenty happening into the New Year at our Nelson Bay marina, with a full program of activities throughout December with live music and entertainment, shopping, dining and a big New Year's Eve planned culminating with fireworks over the bay.

D'ALBORA Marinas are truly the best places to be for fireworks without even leaving the marina. Victoria Harbour is the perfect spot to view the Docklands fireworks and Rushcutters Bay, provides the opportunity to see at least four of the six barges that light up Sydney Harbour.
