All monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month and take place at the office of United Community Management, 300 Avenue of the Champions at 2:00 PM. Note that the September meeting is the Budget Meeting
With the completion of the paving of General Drive, we're ready to begin the replacement of pavers at the intersection of Championship Drive and General Drive, known as Reclinata Circle. This work is scheduled to begin in early September and last for 8-10 weeks, subject to weather and other conditions.
The project aims to enhance the safety and aesthetics of our community, which will ultimately contribute to an increase in property values throughout Eagleton.
As we embark on this endeavor, it's important to note that the work involved is very labor-intensive. We request your understanding and cooperation during this period as it might necessitate temporary lane closures and other inconveniences.
To ensure everyone's safety, we urge residents to drive with extra caution in the construction area and to be mindful of traffic cones and barricades. Please follow the instructions given by the flaggers on-site to facilitate smooth traffic flow and construction progress.
Additionally, the pavers at the front entry, on both sides of the gatehouse, will also undergo replacement. This aspect of the project will require less time and cause fewer disruptions compared to the work at Reclinata Circle but will still require a bit of patience on everyone's part.
By investing in these improvements, we are making Eagleton an even safer and more visually appealing place to call home. These upgrades will not only enhance our community's appeal but also positively impact property values for all residents.
We sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the project. Your support is invaluable in making this initiative a success for our community.
Let's look forward to enjoying the enhanced beauty and safety of our neighborhood once the project is completed.
St. Moritz Security has made us aware of a surge in vehicle burglaries and thefts throughout Palm Beach County during the last few weeks – well over a hundred.
Estimated time frames for these burglaries are between the hours of 11pm and 4am. Only very few of the vehicles have been recovered in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
We urge you to keep your keys/fobs and valuable items out of the vehicles and the doors locked at all times.
