What have you liked best about the service?

The best thing about this service is the relationship our ERG coach has built with the teachers.  The teachers work with ERG to get coaching and support without fear of evaulation. For our teachers to have someone like her in their corners, coaching them in their environment, is something I can't replicate or replace.

I have seen positive and significant growth in classroom demeanor and management.  Our new teachers are blossoming!  With ERG's support, they are growing in content knowledge as well as learning to embed writing and literacy across the curriculum.
