This year's Spring Flours Gala is extra special as the U of C Celiac Disease Center pays tribute to their founder, Dr. Stefano Guandalini, who will be retiring later this year.  

There will be both tasting stations and a plated multi-course meal.  Sweet Ali's will be offering a selection of desserts for each table.
