As you know, IIUSA and Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT) have been working tirelessly to permanently reauthorize the EB-5 Regional Center Program for years now.  His proposed an amendment to S. 744 (the bipartisan comprehenstive immigration reform legislation pending in the Senate Judiciary Committee where Senator Leahy is Chair) would, amongst other things: (1) permanently authorize the EB-5 Program, (2) mazimize the Program's capacity for economic impact, and, (3) address with the processing backlogs. These three issues makeup IIUSA's approved adovcacy plaform collectively.
