"Being able to find reliable information, real stories, and connecting with other young people online played a huge role in improving my mental health." - Georgia

The internet and information communications technology are quickly becoming young people's most comfortable place to seek help.
But how can we use them to help young people with their mental health? Get tips for connecting with young people in our free online professional development package.

Movember 'Man-Cave'

Opening up is always difficult for guys. It's hard talking about feelings in a society where guys are supposed to be the 'rock', to be strong all the time. And guys often talk in different ways.

To help guys feel comfortable talking about life problems and sharing strategies in a way that's comfortable, we're trialling a new 'Man-Cave' on the ReachOut.com youth mental health forums.

A space for guys to talk with guys about life, mental health, and what to do when you can't do it all alone.
