We hope it has been a great start to 2025!
We are pleased to share our 2024 Annual Report, reflecting on a year of growth, impact, and collaboration. This past year was particularly emotional as we honoured the legacy of my late father and our founder, Terry Snow AM, whose values continue to guide us—decency, respect, and fairness.
The Foundation takes a holistic approach - offering advice, research, skills, and fostering connections - working at multiple levels to drive change.
In 2024, we funded 167 organisations and supported 271 individuals, contributing $13.7 million to community initiatives, advocacy, research, capital works and sector building. We've grown our social impact portfolio to 36 active investments, worth $19.2m.
We expanded scholarships, strengthened Indigenous health programs, and deepened our commitment to women and girls.
Through partnerships like The Canberra Foundations Collaborative, our own Lead the Way leadership program, and the incredible Snow Entrepreneurs, we have amplified our commitment to building the capacity of exceptional leaders and advancing the for-purpose sector.
None of this would be possible without our valued partners, whose dedication, collaboration, and shared vision enable us to create a lasting impact.
