Important Ticketing Info, Tips and Tricks

Is your event ticketed? If so, you should have received an invite to create an account with our ticketing provider, Eventfinda. Please review your event's ticketing information thoroughly. To do this, simply login and select Sales Report under your event name.
Please ensure you check all your event's details thoroughly, including your dates, capacity and ticket prices!
Ticketing setup may still be in progress, up until 15 March. If you haven't received your invite to use Eventfinda by this date, contact ticketing@midsumma.org.au

Next up, read our important Ticketing Tips & Tricks document. This will give you helpful ticketing info and instructions to answer your ticketing queries, including
✸ Eventfinda & Sales Reports
✸ Promo Codes & Promotions

You may see "Midsumma Comps" on your sales reports. These are complimentary tickets that Midsumma allocates to media, sponsors or industry VIPs, and assist in the promotion of your event! We limit them to 4% of your capacity or 6 tickets whichever is higher.

Need to request your own complimentary tickets? You can allocate up to 10% of your total capacity as Producer Comps.  Request these by filling out the Producer Comp Tickets Request Form (min. 48 hours prior to session).

Are You Ready To Be COVIDSafe?

COVID-19 has had a major impact on how we produce events. The Victorian State Government has made it mandatory for public events to put measures in place to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

Midsumma Festival has put together a handy document to assist you in navigating your responsibilities as an event producer to make sure your event is COVIDSafe. Check it out below and get ready to present a COVIDSafe event at Midsumma Festival!

Catch Up: Event Producing in 2021 Webinar

Last week, Midsumma presented an Event Producing in 2021 Webinar with acclaimed producer Laura Milke-Garner. We looked at important considerations when producing a live show in a COVID normal world, including COVID plans, reduced capacities, budgets, venue and audience. If you missed out, you're in luck! We recoreded the session so you can catch up!

Watch it HERE. You can access the Producer Checklist that is mentioned HERE.
