NOW YEAR ROUND! Sport specific conditioning designed to improve athlete speed, multi-directional agility and foot speed. Class offerings for athletes 9-12y/o work on learning proper sprint and movement mechanics and then safely progress into more intense speed, agility, and quickness training to improve overall athleticism. Class offerings for HS athletes age’s 13-18 y/o work on becoming stronger, faster, and better conditioned than the competition. This program will challenge your athlete in speed, agility, endurance, power training, and core strengthening.
Athletic Development (9-12 y/o): Monday-Friday 4:00-5:00pm
Advanced Athletic Development (13-18y/o): Monday-Friday 3:00-4:00pm
