Spring Break Camps

Elevate your training during the break. This intensive 4 day program will teach athletes the fundamentals of speed and agility through small group training. Athletes will work with highly trained staff that will help improve sprint mechanics, foot speed, core strength, and agility. Take advantage of this chance to enhance these vital skills.

April 6th – April 9th (Monday – Thursday) 11:00am – 12:00pm
April 13th – April 16th (Monday – Thursday) 11:00am – 12:00pm
Cost: $75 +tax/athlete

Athletic Development Program

NOW YEAR ROUND!  Sport specific conditioning designed to improve athlete speed, multi-directional agility and foot speed. Class offerings for athletes 9-12y/o work on learning proper sprint and movement mechanics and then safely progress into more intense speed, agility, and quickness training to improve overall athleticism. Class offerings for HS athletes age’s 13-18 y/o work on becoming stronger, faster, and better conditioned than the competition. This program will challenge your athlete in speed, agility, endurance, power training, and core strengthening.

Athletic Development (9-12 y/o): Monday-Friday 4:00-5:00pm
Advanced Athletic Development (13-18y/o): Monday-Friday 3:00-4:00pm

Jump Analysis Seminars – Volleyball

Jumping is a vital movement for all volleyball athletes. It is imperative that athletes learn and develop correct jumping mechanics to increase power and jump potential while also reducing pain and injury. PSP has developed a jump analysis seminar where athletes can be monitored and recorded to identify jumping patterns. Movement Specialists will analyze each athlete to identify areas of weakness or potential injury. Each athlete will receive a video recording with detailed instruction on their jumping tendencies.

Cost: $30/athlete
Dates: May 12, May 14, May 19, May 21
Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Summer Vertical Jump Training (Coming Soon)

PSP will offer a 6-week training program to help athletes increase his/her jump potential. Each athlete will be tested for Vertical Jump at the start and end of the program. This results driven program will help each athlete learn fundamental jumping mechanics to improve their overall power and jump height. Registration opens soon!
