Next Week

Bible – We will have a lesson on Mary and Joseph focusing on obedience to God and how they submitted to God’s plan for their lives. Our memory verse is Matthew 1:21 “She will give birth to a Son, and you are to name Him Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.”
Reading – This week will be a review of the skills we’ve learned. We will also be celebrating Dr. Seuss this week and doing some fun science activities!
Phonics– This is a review unit: running clapped stopped selling night kind spy July happy pretty baby very car dark arm party story shore born tore
Grammar – Review of long i sounds, y as a long e sound, words with ar, or, ore
Writing- We will work on writing poetry.
Math – We will finish multiplication with 0-5 and 10, test on Wednesday. We will start learning about plane figures, symmetry, shapes, and patterns.

February 27- Discover Shiloh Dinner Event 6 PM Springdale Campus
February 28- Wacky Wednesday- dress with clothes backward, inside out, or mix matched
March 2- Mornings with Mom/Art Fair 7:30-8:00, last day of 3rd quarter
March 7- Spring Pictures – Dress up or dress code
March 14- We will select a student from our class for the Speech Meet
March 15- Student-Led Conferences 3:15-5:30
March 19-23- NO SCHOOL - SPRING BREAK
March 29- Easter Chapel at 8:30 in the Cross Church Sanctuary, this is not an early dismissal day
April 9-13- This will be the week of TN3 testing Please do not schedule any doctor or dentist appointments during this week if at all possible. We do not make up tests.
April 18- We will go to the Bat Caves with main campus
May 4- Field Day!! Details to come from Coach Beers
