When considering travel requirements please review the current travel policy. This identifies eligibility for air travel, reimbursement rates and who needs to make the arrangements.
During the registration process you will be asked if air travel is needed and if so then from what airport, there will also be an option where you can advise National Office of an alternative method of transport. If air travel is required details of the flights and tickets will be distributed at a later date.
Branch/Area Council Secretaries will also book accommodation for attendees as they did last year. Accommodation booking information will be provided with the call for registrations.
This year we have rooms held for conference attendees at the following hotels:

If you are not staying at one of the listed hotels above then you are also not included in any luggage transfer pick ups or drop offs.
Any registrations submitted after the closing date of 15 July will still be considered however branches will be responsible for both booking and payment of return travel.
