With exceptions in some sectors, sales and revenues were generally maintained or even increased, and publishers exhibited their ability to adapt to the changing needs imposed by remote learning, meetings, and work. These changes have spurred a rapid digital transformation, not only for products but also for services. Learning and other interactions have transitioned from face-to-face encounters to increasingly sophisticated online venues.
