Financial Management Seminar

Our Financial Management Seminar provides an in-depth look at SFA & EFA funding. Starting with the underlying principles of each funding model we will then look at the intricacies of the funding rules for the 2015/16 contract year before looking at how this will be implemented in PICS. Finally, we will overview the reporting and profiling features in PICS that help you to manage your finances on a day to day basis. Delivered by Luke Fitzgerald who codes the PICS funding calculations and is therefore an expert in SFA/EFA funding; this course is aimed primarily at finance officers and contract managers with plenty of opportunity for discussion and networking.
