Dear colleagues,
the season is coming to its end, our last whale watching tour is October 20th and we are quite satisfied with the summer season as well as sightings of whales – our Logbook for 2011 states this fact to its fullest.
Please find enclosed our Rates & Products for 2012.
We are now ready to send out to you our commission agreements. Our set-up for the commission agreement has changed a little bit from the previous years. The reason for this change is new products which we are offering in 2012 – except our 2 Greenland trips, which were very successful this summer. Detailed info in the enclosed file.
My interest is knowing if/how/when you would promote these new products i.e. online, brochure, promotional material, flyers or any other marketing ways.
The commission is connected to the above and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Once settled and decided, I would then send a new commission agreement for your/our files and accounting department.
We have also finalised a Press Kit for our Greenland adventure tours which has detailed info, word documents, itinerary, FAQ's as well as high resolution pictures for brochures and/or web use. Just send me an email and with a return mail the adventure begins.
