One of our biggest fundraisers of the year, “Firefighter’s Tropical Affair”, is just around the corner so please mark your calendars for Saturday, June 28th, 2014!  The “Firefighter’s Tropical Affair” is quickly becoming one of Sacramento’s premier events and our 3rd annual fundraiser is sure to be the biggest and best yet.  You won’t want to miss this fun filled evening with Sacramento’s finest restaurants, breweries and wineries!

In addition to this event, I encourage you to attend the other special events and fundraisers we host throughout the year such as our Boot Drive, Crab Feed and 1st Alarm Chilli Cook-Off just to name a few.  Events like these are a fun way to get together with your friends and raise money for a good cause all at the same time.

The Annual Burn Survivor Picnic will be held at Camp Arroyo in Livermore, CA this year. The Taylor Family Foundation has graciously donated their facilities and provided a day full of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Join us for free lunch and music in the meadow, arts and crafts, rock climbing, horses and more! We encourage burn survivors, volunteers and friends of the Firefighters Burn Institute to attend with their families. Transportation assistance will be available.
