2016 Service Improvement and Innovation in Universities conference


Registrations open and call for papers

11-12 August 2016, Brisbane

The conference this year will focus on the future landscape for universities, deciding what to change and delivering that change. It will be particularly useful for senior university executives, managers or directors of business units with responsibilities for business and process improvement, change maangement, administration, planning and service delivery.
