Our conference on successful service improvement, driving innovation and enhancing customer experience is back for 2016. This year the focus will be on the future landscape for universities, deciding what to change and delivering it. The conference will be particularly useful for senior university executives, managers or directors of business units with responsibilities for business and process improvement, change maangement, administration, planning and service delivery.
