Click here Salsnes Filter System to be Installed at Ultramodern Climate and Environmental ParkIn Hillerød, Denmark, the Solrødgård Climate and Environmental Park is using special architecture and design to merge a public recreational space with a wastewater treatment plant and other public utility services. A Salsnes Filter system is being installed at this ultramodern Park for primary wastewater treatment including sludge thickening and dewatering. Cellvation Technology Wins Prestigious AwardOur partner in the Netherlands, CirTec, won the Aquatech Amsterdam Innovation award for their cellulose recovery technology called Cellvation. The Salsnes Filter system plays an important role in this technology, separating cellulose fibers from incoming wastewater which then go on to be reused in the production of commercial products, such as asphalt. Salsnes Filter Research Scientists Contribute Chapter to IWA BookOur talented Research Scientists, Dang Ho, Domenico Santoro, Siva Sarathy and Zachary Scott have contributed a chapter to the book "Innovative Wastewater Treatment & Resource Recovery Technologies: Impacts on Energy, Economy and Environment" through IWA Publishing. They wrote Chapter 8 on Enhanced Primary Treatment. This event was hosted by the National Mission for Clean Ganga and brought together over 200 key stakeholders to discuss, debate and develop solutions for some of the biggest water related issues in India.
