Click here LifeStream Expands Fall River LocationLifeStream has moved into expanded office space in the Clover Leaf Mills complex on Father DeValles Boulevard in Fall River. This is the organization’s third expansion at this location. The 6,000 square foot space will serve as the organization’s central location for Residential Services and Individual & Family Supports. LifeStream currently operates 30 community-based residences in southeastern Massachusetts and provides 24-hour support and supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and traumatic brain injury. The Individual & Family Supports program offers personalized, comprehensive care to adults with disabilities and strives to improve their quality of life at home and in the community. “This expanded space allows us to centralize our services and better accommodate our growing workforce, as well as the individuals we serve,” said Bonnie Mello, LifeStream’s Chief Operating Officer. The space includes a training center with video capability, individual offices for nearly 35 staff members, and a kitchen. LifeStream also has an office on Myrtle Street in New Bedford for administrative services; and one on Welby Road for clinical services and human resources.
