Radio town halls broadcast on Shems FM and Sabra FM
This month AAM partnered with two leading radio stations in Tunisia to produce town halls connecting audiences, experts and civil society leaders across the country.

The first town hall, produced in partnership with Shems FM - a popular Tunis based radio station - connected Tunisians from the interior governorate of Kasserine with the coastal governorate of Sfax to examine the creation of new political parties ahead of the next election, the shift in political attitudes, and how citizens are evaluating the candidates.
Panelists included:
- Nabil Ben Ammo: Founder and CEO of political polling firm “Emeraude”
- Nabil Smida: Political Sociologist and honorary president of AMNESTY Tunisia
- Habib Marsit: Professor of politics and sociology at the University of Tunis

The second town hall, produced in partnership with Radio Sabra FM - a community radio station based in the interior governorate of Kairouan – brought together local women, business leaders and politicians to discuss the progress of female entrepreneurship in the region, and the challenges that still face women trying to start their own businesses.
