Kindergarten eNews

Apple week has been a great learning time as well as fun!  Thank you for sending apples for show and tell.  We learned how they grow, that they float, compared them and of course ate them!  Next week we will put our attention on Fall.

• Show and tell:  Bring a sign of Fall from nature
• Bible verse:  Is. 43:5 “Fear not; for I am with you.”
• Bible story:  We will begin the stories of Joseph
• Reading:  Kk and Pp will be the letters we will focus on next week.  Keep practicing your sight words.  We are making CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words with the letters we have learned.
• Math:  We will review math skills that we have learned.

Join Shiloh Leadership team for coffee and fellowship! At Shiloh, community is key. We want you to have the opportunity to connect with our leadership.  Plan to attend Friday, September 28th before our Grandparents Day Program from 8-9am in the coffee area of the Worship Center Foyer.

• September 28th - Grandparents Day at Shiloh at 9am in the Worship Center - Dismissal at 11:00 - No Extended Care - Parents and Grandparents are invited.  It will be great!  Don’t miss it!
• October 4th - Cookie Dough delivery date after lunch in the SEC Foyer
• October 12th - Homecoming parties at 2pm - Pep Rally at 2:45pm - Parade at 3:15pm.
• October 15th - Parent/Teacher conferences - No School for students!
