Qualtrics features a wide range of functionalities to support different survey types and flows, from simple choice-type questionnaires to complex matrices. Data reports are also compatible with Excel and SPSS. To use Qualtrics, head to massey.qualtrics.com and log in using your Massey username and password. No sign up required. New Massey mobile device plansStaff with a Massey-provided mobile device have now been switched to new simplified Vodafone plans, bringing service enhancements and significant savings to the University. Under the new scheme, two mobile device plans are available: Red Share Business Smartphone, offering unlimited voice calls and text messages to all New Zealand numbers, and Red Share Data, for devices that require data only. Both plans offer 500 MB of data per month. As it is important for the University to keep within its data allowance, services are provided for users to easily manage data usage:

What to do with spamUnsolicited email messages, also called spam, have been making rounds in Massey mailboxes over the past few weeks. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of an email you received, check Spam@Massey in AskIT before reporting it to the ITS Service Desk. The page is constantly updated with new spam messages that have already been blocked and are safe to delete. You may also read through tips in identifying spam. ITS is using SpamProfiler, a spam filtering system, to check for spam coming from non-Massey email addresses. Email marked as spam will be sent to your MySpam account.
