February: The Month of Love and Chocolate
Valentines Day: Love it or hate it we know you love the chocolate part. It's not news that chocolate can be good for you, but we like to repeat that as often as possible. The antioxidants in dark chocolate are great for heart health and cancer prevention. It also seems to reduce inflammation and lower both LDL cholesterol and blood pressure,. And we wont leave out the obvious: it's a mood booster.
Not all chocolate is created equal, The key is that it needs to be as dark and unprocessed as possible. Here are 5 of our favorite ways to indulge.
