Proposed Criminalisation of the Purchase of Sex (Scotland) Bill. You are invited to respond to this consultation by answering the questions at the end of the Bill. Responses should be submitted by 14 December 2012. Zero Tolerance will soon be issuing guidance on responding to this Bill.

On Tuesday 18th September the Scottish Parliament's Petitions Committee agreed to hold a committee inquiry into child sexual exploitation, as part of its ongoing work following a petition submitted by Barnardo's Scotland.

Conference: Transforming a Rape Culture: Campaigning to End Sexual Violence, Glasgow, Oct 8th by Rape Crisis Scotland.

We Can Stop It: Scotland-wide campaign designed to educate and change attitudes towards rape and sexual assault has been launched in Edinburgh. The "We can stop it" campaign is being led by the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland (ACPOS) and promotes a recent shift in the law.
