Those who’ve been fortunate enough to join HFI in Nepal have found it to be one of the most meaningful ministry experiences of their lives.  We’ve witnessed, firsthand, the transformative impact of a loving family called The Apple of God’s Eyes upon the lives of once ravished and devastated children rescued from trafficking.  The selfless sacrifice and dedication of the team is an inspiring example of God’s love – healing deep hurts and restoring hope. It is our honor to do all we can to encourage and strengthen this amazing ministry, and those who serve these “little ones” so faithfully.

Hope Force International & The Apple of God's Eyes

Hope Force International (HFI) responded in the immediate aftermath after the devastating 2015 earthquake in Nepal by sending two back-to-back emergency medical teams. Apple of God’s Eyes (AOGE), our national partner, received these teams and worked collaboratively with HFI in an effort to meet the critical needs of survivors in remote, mountainous villages that had received little or no medical intervention. HFI returned in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 with construction and medical teams – once again, working hand-in-hand with our partner as they continue the challenging recovery phase. The construction team concentrated on rebuilding facilities lost to AOGE during the quake – as well as providing shelter for AOGE staff. The medical team provided care to people living in the surrounding rural areas as well as in Kathmandu – thus serving as “goodwill” ambassadors on behalf of AOGE.

We look forward to this opportunity to have you join us as we hear updates from Silvio and Rose!

P.S.  Hope Force International is once again in the process of recruiting a team to work alongside our partner, The Apple of God's Eyes in Nepal...and maybe you can join us on the next team!
