The launch of Food On The Edge
We were delighted to host the national launch of #FoodOnTheEdge2019.
The symposium takes place on the 21-22 October in Galway. Food On The Edge features an impressive line-up of cult chefs and influential leaders in the food industry. It is an excellent event and a great champion for food on this island.
