A traditional music festival which happily welcomes families. Their ‘Kids Zone’ is a magical area filled with entertainment to delight the whole family. With a relaxing and inspiring environment this year you’ll see a Rainbow Stage, Arts and Crafts Marquee and a Dressing Up Tent alongside a Toddler Area which features a mother and baby chill out area, with changing facilities. Meet the local authors of the famous Binky Bear books and see the real bear who starred in them! Binky will be at Ropley station alongside the authors as they will be signing copies of his books! And don’t forget to bring your favourite teddy bear along too for the picnic.

Basingstoke Festival was created in 2012 to showcase the talent and community spirit in the borough. Back for a second year, the festival offers a choice of over 100 events to experience including drama, music, dance, comedy, film, historic walks and family fun in over 30 venues across the borough. Basingstoke and Deane’s annual festival promises something for all. It includes indoor and outdoor, free and ticketed family friendly events.
