ProLogic Adds Information to Website About Tools for Managing Loyalty Programs

ProLogic recently added a new section to its website with information about the suite of tools we provide for retailers to manage their loyalty programs. The tools that are now profiled on the website include:
  • The Promotion Management Tool, which retailers can use to build both simple and complex promotions

  • The Promo Express tool, which offers an easy-to-use interface that retailers can use to quickly build simple promotions

  • The IBM® Cognos® reporting tool, which enables retailers to run standard and custom reports to measure the performance of their loyalty program

  • The Customer Account Manager (CAM) tool, which enables retailers to manage the shopper database records in their loyalty program

  • Shopper Connect, a technology which enables retailers to communicate directly with a shopper (through email or text) as a result of specific purchase activity. For example, a retailer could notify a shopper that she just qualified for a free turkey as a part of a continuity program.

ProLogic Joins Shopper Technology Institute, Will Participate in November LEAD Marketing Conference

ProLogic recently joined the Shopper Technology Institute (STI), a trade organization focused on strategies and tactics for shopper engagement and analysis. STI includes retailers, manufacturers and service providers that are interested in collaborating to advance customer relationship management, shopper communication, and loyalty marketing.

STI is also the producer of the LEAD Marketing Conference, a semi-annual online event dedicated to advancing Loyalty, Engagement, Analytics and Digital technology, applications and industry best practices. ProLogic will host a session during the next LEAD Marketing Conference scheduled for November 11, 2015.

ProLogic Exhibits at SUPERVALU Expo and Is An Integral Component of New SVDigital Program

ProLogic was an exhibitor at last month’s SUPERVALU 2015 National Expo and is a featured element of SUPERVALU’s new SVDigital program for independent grocers. SVDigital is a suite of digital tools for retailers including websites, mobile apps, digital coupons and loyalty programs. ProLogic provides the unique shopper identifier and shopper database repository for the SVDigital suite.
 

ProLogic CEO Speaks at Multicultural Retail 360 Conference

ProLogic CEO Ross Ely was a featured speaker at last month’s Multicultural Retail 360 conference in Anaheim, CA. His presentation was titled “Loyalty Marketing: Using Customer Data to Impact your Multicultural Shopper”.

ProLogic Licensing Program with Japan Green Stamps Surpasses 125 Stores

Through its licensing agreement with ProLogic, Japan Green Stamps is providing ProLogic's loyalty platform to supermarket retailers in Japan.
 
The program has added many new stores in 2015 and recently passed the milestone of 125 stores.
