It has been a brilliant couple of months for the Event Planet Team with a new office, a new website, new additional team members across all levels of experience, and some fantastic new project wins to add to our client portfolio as well. We have 6 short updates for you below.

New Website & New Office Launch

Event Planet announced in Australian eHealth Consortium

After successfully producing Australia’s first National eHealth Conference in 2010, Event Planet has just been announced as the exclusive Event Partner in the PCEHR Change and Adoption Consortium responsible for revolutionising how Australians manage their health records. Led by McKinsey & Co, the consortium includes PwC, Hill & Knowlton and Workstar. We are working together to educate industry stakeholders and consumers about the benefits of an electronic health record system to improve healthcare standards for all Australians.

Event Planet Launches Fuji Xerox ne[x]twork Event Series

What is the workplace of tomorrow? We know people will change the way they work — but how? Event Planet is proud to be the Event Producer for Fuji Xerox’s visionary ne[x]twork Event Series. Attendees are experiencing incredible presentations from the world’s leading futurists and the Fuji Xerox Innovation Team, plus seeing first hand some of the newest presentation technology to hit Australia. Clicquot in the Snow Success

Event Planet recently hit the slopes of Thredbo as Event Producer for the annual Clicquot in the Snow week for Moet Hennessy Australia. Sydney celebrities, media and Thredbo locals were generously hosted and entertained by Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Guests participated in fun and fabulous events and activities ranging from Apres Sessions to the Annual Ski Race, Degustation Dinners (with matching Veuve Clicquot champagnes of course) and the inaugural Clicquot Tube-a-thon. Introducing Adam Niewand, Our Newest Team Addition

Event Planet introduces and welcomes Adam Niewand, Senior Event Producer. Adam brings a unique blend of cross-industry experience – as well as his own creative spark and unending enthusiasm. He currently heads Event Planet’s team managing National Change and Adoption Program for electronic health records across Australia. Working on an event program of national significance is a perfect fit for Adam. He is managing a broad-scale, multi-stakeholder project, while utilising his individual blend of health industry experience, event management expertise and technology skills.
