Opinion

Our CEO, Adrienne, writes about changes to the ABS research into Volunteering on her blog here.

This month, Adrienne discussed this issue with Andrew Wilkie, Independent MP for Denison.

As a result, Andrew has sent a letter to Stephen Ciobo, MP, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, urging him to take action to protect the volunteering sector from the possible negative ramifications of this decision. We thank Andrew for his support.

If you missed it...

Rob Jackson workshop

4 September 2014

Rob covered a lot of ground in this full day workshop. Participants learned all about the changing landscape and how to deal with it in their own organisations.

Rob shared this great video about Social Media, which is both interesting and useful.

Participants said things like:
“This made me reflect on critical issues”
“A new perpective – a refreshing out-of-the-box approach”
“Though provoking content – feeling up to speed as a result!”

Don't miss out on future events like this!
