We had fun learning about the Rainforest this week. The children enjoyed learning about the different layers and all the amazing creatures that are native to that area of the world. The show and tell reports were a great source of information. We are thankful for the time you put into helping your children with these homework assignments. We are also extremely grateful for the countless ways you showed us appreciation this week!

• Unit Study: Rainforest
• Show and Tell: Bring a product produced in the rainforest.     
• Bible: Finish life of Paul, begin Daniel
• Bible Verse: “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord, forever.” - Psalm 23:6
• Reading: Short and long vowel review
• Sight Words: Review number and color words
• Math: Review of previously learned concepts

• Thursday, May 11th - Kindergarten will recite Psalm 23 in Chapel. Parents are welcome to attend!
• Monday, May 22nd - Field Day. More info to come!
• Tuesday, May 23rd - Awards Assembly and Last Day of School. More info to come!
