Update May 2019

Welcome from the editor

Hello! We’re excited for developments at County in 2019 and can’t wait to share these with you. We started the year by being shortlisted for both Business of the Year and Employer of the Year at the Thames Valley Business Awards. While we sadly didn’t win it was a great experience and we’re very proud of our achievement.

While 2019 is a defining year for the country’s future direction, we’re pleased to be moving forward with a new product line in Private Medical Insurance both for private individuals and companies. More on this later in this newsletter.

In staff news, Thirza joins our wholesale broking team and recent new starter Sean will begin to take over Thirza’s portfolio of clients. This will be a positive step for our business team and we look forward to their developments throughout the year.

Our small update is ultimately your newsletter that should give you a few snippets of advice and guidance. If you feel we should mention a particular story, get in touch at mail@county-insurance.co.uk

Best wishes,

Thirza has recently completed training to support County’s delivery of our Private Medical Insurance (PMI offering). Both insurers offer mobile Apps that give policyholders access to directly to a GP via video call and claim management. Read more here.

New Brochures & Survey Feedback

Thank you to all of our readers who responded to the client email survey earlier last year.

We really value your feedback and we’ve received positive comments and suggestions going forward. As a result of your feedback we’ve:
Learnt there is desire to learn more about the team and what we do.
Amended our statement and invoice design and procedure
Taken on board comments about policies and services you would like to see offered
To complement the rebrand County underwent last year we’ve also redesigned our literature, telling you more about what we do. You can find out more about your Business team here.

If you’d like to learn more about the survey, or have any other feedback to add, please contact Ollie by email at oliver@county-insurance.co.uk
