Oktoberfest All Month Long Guest Chef Noam Prepares a Jungle Feast Chef Noam will be serving a limited number of diners seven unique plates over the course of three hours on November 2 & 3 at Noah’s in Greenport. Known by world travelers for his outstanding cuisine, this opportunity to taste Noam’s jungle iterations using fresh, local East End ingredients artfully infused with seasonings and spices native to Costa Rica. He is known for his ingenious iterations on classics from ceviche to quiche. Thew two chefs will scour local markets and docks to provide an evening of culinary adventure and comfortably sated appetites.
