Editor's note
|
This week we’ve been taking a special look at blood, with some help from the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. From blood-borne viruses, diagnosing illness from blood
and the various components of blood and what they do,
we also charted the history of blood transfusions in this simple infographic (those poor chickens!), and followed the journey of blood from donor to needy recipient in this video.
We hope you’re having a great weekend, and here’s to blood: the fluid that gives us life.
