Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc.

May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, a time dedicated to the recognition of the contributions and influence of the AAPI community in our culture and in our history.

CPC will be participating in Give In May, a month-long national campaign to support organizations serving the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community.

SUPPORT CPC FOR #GIVEINMAY

CPC is still working hard to empower and support our community members so they have the resources to thrive.

In the past year:

  • 194,700 pounds of food were distributed to families and seniors
  • $1.26 million cash assistance was distributed to more than 1,540 families
  • Thousands of PPE items were distributed to staff and community members
  • 95,500 wellness calls or remote sessions were held

With the rise of racism anti-Asian hate, CPC has joined hands with our allies and community leaders to condemn these criminal acts and #StopAsianHate.

We are a community of diverse and powerful voices that will no longer stay silent about our culture, our history, our achievements, and our struggles.
