Thoughts from the CEO

Happy new financial year,

We have learnt a lot of things from Covid-19; how to setup a home office, the value of separation of work life and home life, and the importance of the cloud.

We saw our customers transition quickly from the office to home with minimal disruption from a technology platform perspective. It freed them up to focus on the other HR aspects of such a sudden move.

We have had some great wins globally, some of which are listed below. Of note is the prevalence of customers buying both our strata and facilities platforms. Strata managers are seeing the importance of managing repairs and maintenance efficiently.

During the last quarter we have doubled the size of our support team, introduced chat support in our app, migrated a lot of our customers from Mystrata to Urbanise Strata, and are busy recruiting more developers to help keep up with our customers’ needs.

It’s been a great quarter!

FACILITIES

Adrian Bertuna
Product Manager - FM

The Urbanise Facilities product team is heavily focused on a number of major feature developments.  These include a job time-sheet module for self delivery staff to book time against jobs and a facility bookings module to book out different amenities such as locations, areas and assets.

At the same time we're undertaking a large upgrade of our global search engine that is used widely across all products for efficient filtering and searching across the platform (eg. jobs, requests, locations, assets, job plans etc.)

The upgrade will allow us to provide more options to our customers around filtering and searching their large data sets.
