Small Business Champions: relationship between tenant and commercial landlordThe City of Adelaide's Small Business Task Force has identified the most common queries from businesses. This week, we explore the relationship between tenants and landlords of commercial properties. Our small business champions share their tips for having transparent and open conversations and negotiations with landlords, also how they sought information about their leasing rights. If you require guidance on support packages and other services available from Commonwealth, State, Local Government, peak bodies and industry associations, we are here to help.
