Tracey's meditation journey

Last month I had an inspiring talk with Tracey from Essex who is a Mum and caregiver to her 20-year-old son, Harry. She reflected on how meditation has been her sanctuary and wanted to share her story in case it's useful for anyone starting their meditation journey.

"There are times when I feel bombarded with thoughts during the practice, but I noticed I still feel calmer during the day. There is no such thing as a bad session."
