Click here An introduction to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Integrated Project Teams (IPT) Some of you are already aware that one of the initiatives we came up with when COVID-19 was at its peak was bite-sized virtual and interactive ‘Coffee Break’ sessions. Our intention was to offer an excuse to take a break while at the same time keeping the performance improvement agenda at the forefront of people’s minds. The sessions have proved to be very popular and we've received great feedback from many who have attended. So... we've decided to continue with them for the foreseeable future. As restrictions are easing and we hear that many of you will be returning to a resemblance of business as usual we will be changing the regularity to fortnightly. The next in our series will be held at 2.30 pm on Thursday 16th July and will be delivered by Rob Walley with support from Mike Notman. The sessions will continue to focus on improvement tools and techniques and are available to everyone and anyone from our community of Leaders and Lean Practitioners.
