Konst & Teknik

Newsletter No. 4 — February 2012

A new Konst & Teknik

We are very happy to finally announce our new, sparkling website! It’s been in the works for a very long time, and to see it online feels rather unreal... We have filled it with loads of new work, an extensive about page and a new blog. Feel free to drop in and have a look at www.konst-teknik.se.

You can read more on some of the thoughts that went into the new site, our 5 year anniversary, and how to obtain one of the The 10 JAnte Law poster we give away for free on the blog. And don’t hesitate to let us know what you think!

The letter W: 7 years as a Swede!

We would also like to invite you to a celebration of the letter W, hosted by us and The Stockholm Typographic Guild, this Saturday at Rönnells in Stockholm. It it then exactly 7 years since the W became an official member of the Swedish alphabet, something we think deserves recognition. We invited a few interesting people to come give small talk and reading on W related subjects during the afternoon. Hope to see you there.

More info in Swedish, English or on Facebook.

And while we have your attention, here are some other things on our mind:

— After two years of silence, SITE is finally back with a new double issue, redesigned (again) by us. Images can be found here and you can order a copy here.

— We are constantly keeping Show & Tell Stockholm updated with the most interesting lectures and book launches we hear about. We have some very exiting plans for the future of the site, so we hope you keep checking in at times.

— We are looking for 1–2 people to our shared studio, preferably female. If you might be the one (or two), just contact us if you would be interested in popping by for a look.

Best wishes from Stockholm

Peter & Mattias
