As the sustainability ratings and rankings season kicks-off Michael Sadowksi in our Changing Tack column on GreenBiz takes a look at who pays attention to rankings such as the Carbon Disclosure Project and Dow Jones Sustainability Index. While the sustainability field may care a great deal about ratings few companies themselves use ratings to take specific actions to improve business performance.
