• Can be used raw in salads, lightly stir fried, roasted and baked and boiled – Makes a very velvety smooth soup, and lovely tarts - great with goats cheese from our deli counter.
• A very healthy vegetable full of iron for energy, vitamin B1 to support muscles and nerves, vitamin c and potassium.

Get fruity:

January, we continue to stock lychees, kaki fruit and UK-grown apples of different varieties (from our local orchard)

We also now have available Seville oranges for that all important and seasonal marmalade making.
