COVID-19 Mandatory vaccines for staff in GP Practices

The BMA have issued their latest guidance that focuses on the implications of the new legal requirement for healthcare workers in GP Practices to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Further clarification may become available and will be shared accordingly by the LMC.

Practice Manager Supporter Scheme

Essex LMCs launched the PMSS in December 2021.  In the event that you may have missed details of the scheme, please click below, which tells you about the service. This is free to access and is available to all Practice Managers and Assistant/Deputy Practice Managers in Essex. 

LMC Election Timetable

NHS England are offering three confidential coaching offers designed to be easily accessible and tailored to meet individual needs:

1. Looking after you too - Coaching about you and your wellbeing

2. Looking after your team - Coaching about you and your team

3. Looking after your career - Coaching about you and your career

The sessions are delivered virtually, preferably via a video platform, but telephone appointments are also available
