The presenters & volunteers were thoughtful, approachable & patient, all was well prepared & the whole experience was delightful. Your choice of dishes for the children to prepare was delicious, healthy & appealing.” Hot Topic - Recent Listeria IncidentThe Australian Government's Department of Health has released a statement regarding several cases of listeria infections (listeriosis) that have occurred in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. Listeriosis is an illness usually caused by eating food contaminated by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes.
