Tomorrow is Golden Day — 

the Last Day to Register to Vote and the First Day of Early Voting in New York! 

The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) encourages everyone to get out to vote. Elections have direct impacts on our community members and our neighborhoods, and it is critical to make our community's voice heard.

Important Election Dates and Resources:

Last Day to Register to Vote: Saturday, October 26th. 

Early Voting: Saturday, October 26th to Sunday, November 3rd. You can find your poll site and make a plan to vote here. 

Last Day to Request an Absentee Ballot: Monday, November 4th. These must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 5th. You can request an absentee ballot here. 

Election Day: Tuesday, November 5th. Polls are open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.

CPC can help you register to vote, request an absentee ballot, find your poll site, learn about what is on the ballot, and make a plan to vote with confidence tomorrow (Saturday, October 26th) at our Golden Day Festival at CPC One (45 Suffolk Street, New York, NY) from 11 AM – 3 PM. 

Multilingual volunteers will be available to help community members register to vote, find their polling place, answer election questions, and make sure that community members are ready to cast their vote confidently. No registration or ID is required. Just show up!
