FERMENTED

FERMENTED

Here is a rare opportunity to get in close to the action and discover the ancient process of fermentation of food in its many forms. This Tasmanian premiere documentary delves into this culinary art by focusing on Chef Edward Lee as he travels to the USA and Japan to investigate this process. Learn the art of fermentation as it can be applied today to many foods, and you will be able to work out ways you can apply this to your own cooking. Welcome to the fine art of food preservation. Please join us for a complimentary post film tasting of fine Tasmanian fermented cheeses, beer and wine at The Plough Inn, compliments of Fermentasmania.
