HTC Client Rebellion Photonics & HTC Graduate Opexa Therapeutics – Biotech’s New Bloom





Rebellion Photonics, an HTC Client, and Opexa Therapeutics, an HTC Graduate, are both biotech companies who have found recent success in the Houston market.
