General Convention Official Youth Presence 2015

Applications and nominations for high-school teens to participate in the General Convention Official Youth Presence (GCOYP) are now open.

Members of the Official Youth Presence at General Convention will attend legislative committee hearings, will be encouraged to speak to issues in hearings, and may participate in debate on the floor in the House of Deputies.
